Like I have said before I am pretty new to cooking and all the rest of this but from my knowledge, which is limited when it comes to baking supplies and specifically flour you pretty much have no choice to head to the grocers and at my local store its just Robin Hood brand and I have seen no organic labels or packaging.

Is all flour automatically organic? Has anyone else heard of organic flour. I really want to start making my own pasta, so i could use free range eggs and raw milk (not sure if it would work, and still a little skepitcal of raw milk) but when it comes to the flour what options are there.

What does the podchef keep in his baking pantry?
